The graduation is over 1hr early so we call and asked to move up to 5 or 5:30. So we are in Richmond for VCU graduation and a pre-arrangement is made for 20 at 6pm. I felt embarrassed because I suggested the place. WE WILL TELL ANYONE WE KNOW TO NOT GO THERE!!!! NONE OF US WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! She asked to speak to the manager, then the owner came out, she explained how much she was not happy with her meal, the OWNER SAID TO HER THAT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND THAT WAS NOTHING THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO ABOUT HER "CHEESE BURGER". She spoke t the waiter and he told her there was nothing he could do. She pulled the so called burger apart just to find it to be fried cheese. She took off the bread and wasn't sure exactly what she got. Well, it came, she looked at it and thought it didn't look right. My cousin ordered a CRISPY PROVOLONE BURGER. By the time dinner orders was to be taken, everyone was there. Our waiter began showing us to our table. THE RESERVATION WAS CLEARLY ON THE ON EMPTY CALENDAR. We began arriving about 515 to the restaurant. of the graduation which was June 9th 2017. My cousin made a reservation for 20 people either Tuesday or Wednesday the week. I suggested this restaurant for my niece's graduation dinner. I will first start with this not being my first visit.
